RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Baby Buddha Gear wants you to be delighted with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our on-line store, www.babybuddha.ca , please email us at or call 1.877.712.2299 or 604.406.2013 for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) upon receipt of your shipment. Items for return must be received by Baby Buddha gear within 30 days of purchase and 10 days after receiving an RA# for a full refund minus original shipping charge plus a $10 re-stockinging fee. The refund will be posted onto the same PayPal account or credit card used at time of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund and a copy of the original receipt must also be included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

How to Return Products

To return products for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:

  • Contact us for our mailing address.
  • Include a copy of the original receipt and the return form.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund mailing costs associated with returns and exchanges unless it is as a result of our error.
  • If you are returning products from outside of Canada, please fill out any customs stickers or documents as follows: “Goods returning to Canada – $0 value.” Do not indicate a dollar value as we will mistakenly be charged tax by Canada Customs. We cannot accept returns shipped by a courier, such as FedEx, for the same reason.

Baby Buddha values your privacy and will keep any information collected confidential. This includes personal information collected as part of our ordering system and newsletter email list. We do not sell, trade or give away any of this information.
