<p>Baby Buddha Gear wants you to be delighted with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our on-line store, <a href="http://www.babybuddha.ca">www.babybuddha.ca</a> , please email us at <a class="email" href="mailto:info@babybuddha.ca">info@babybuddha.ca</a> or call 1.877.712.2299 or 604.406.2013 for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) upon receipt of your shipment. Items for return must be received by Baby Buddha gear within 30 days of purchase and 10 days after receiving an RA# for a full refund minus original shipping charge plus a $10 re-stockinging fee. The refund will be posted onto the same PayPal account or credit card used at time of purchase.</p>
<p>Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund and a copy of the original receipt must also be included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.</p>

<p>To return products for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:</p>

<li>Contact us for our mailing address.</li>
<li>Include a copy of the original receipt and the return form.</li>
<li>Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund mailing costs associated with returns and exchanges unless it is as a result of our error.</li>
<li>If you are returning products from outside of Canada, please fill out any customs stickers or documents as follows: “Goods returning to Canada – $0 value.” Do not indicate a dollar value as we will mistakenly be charged tax by Canada Customs. We cannot accept returns shipped by a courier, such as FedEx, for the same reason.</li>
